The central bank of Nepal has stopped the dividend distribution to its promoter shareholders by VIBOR Bikash Bank Ltd. The ‘B' grade bank had decided to provide dividend to its promoter shareholders previously. NRB stopped the process by sending formal letter to the bank saying, the bank which is now a public limited, will be irrational to provide dividend to its promoter shareholders only.26, Oct 2009 Source:
