Imperial Finance Limited (IFIL) has commenced its first branch at Sahid Chowk of Narayanghard (Chitwan District) on Saturday. Bir Bikram Rayamajhi, deputy governor of Nepal Rastra Bank inaugurated the new branch of Imperial Finance. The finance company is planning to open branches in Kavre, Pokhara and Kathmandu in the near future.
According to fourth quarter financial report of the company, it has posted Rs. 14.001 million net profit and Rs. 21.999 millions as operating profit. Likewise, it has Rs. 100 millions as paid up capital and holds Rs. 34.510 million in its reserve and surplus account.
