Goodwill announces 12.63% dividend, bonus shares

The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Goodwill Finance has decided to provide 12.63 percent cash dividend and bonus shares to its shareholders. A press release issued by the company Sunday stated that per share cash dividend has been fixed at 7.63 percent while remaining 5.5 percent will be given as bonus shares.

The release further states that it was also able to generate operating profits worth Rs 26.3 million, which was 42.19 percent more than what it recorded in the previous year. The total deposit mobilized by the company has reached Rs 1.09 billion whereas the total volume of investment and lending was Rs 997.65 billion during the last fiscal year.
