KATHMANDU: Sunrise Bank has launched two new products, ‘Sunrise Lakhpati Bachat’ and ‘Sunrise Gold Loan’. It also expanded
its existing Sunrise Overdraft Savings Account (ODSA). “In the Lakhpati scheme, a customer must deposit Rs 2,510 per month
for three years or Rs 3,900 per month for two years or Rs 8,070 per month for a year depending upon the type of scheme,” said
bank CEO Kishore Maharjan. In Gold scheme, a customer can take a loan from Rs 50,000 to rs 20,000,000 on gold collateral at
10 per cent interest from the bank’s New Road branch. — HNS
