Right and Bonus Share of Prime Commercial Bank

The 73rd BOD meeting of the company dated on 5 November 2009 (2066 kartik 19) has decided to issue 10% bonus share and 0.526% cash dividend subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM. The meeting has further decided to issue right shares at 1:1 proportion after issuance of bonus shares to increase the total paid up capital to NPR 2.2 billion.

According to fourth quarter financial report of the bank, it had posted Rs. 141.776 million net profit and Rs. 222.791 million operating profit. Likewise, the bank has Rs. 863.755 million paid up capital and holds Rs. 28.007 millions in its reserve and surplus account.
